We instructed Andy Lee builders to extend our property and make internal alterations including a new fitted kitchen. From the initial planning stages right through to completion we were extremely satisfied with every aspect of the job. So, over a year ago we met Shirley and Andy Lee to give us a quote for our building work. We wanted to do a rear extension giving us a new kitchen and dinning room and convert the old dinning room into a kids room. We needed planning and tree protection advice. Andy and Shirley gave us a very concise quote clearly listing and detailing exactly what was included and costs of material. After meeting with other contractors and waiting for some never to turn up we decided to work with Andy and Shirley. It was the best decision we made. Their years of experience made our whole build a pleasure. There were no nasty surprises with regards to hidden costs and everything went according to plan. Even when little hiccups were encountered, like moving conservatory doors, Andy had a solution and it was completed without any problems. They offered us alternatives to our plan, two large velux windows rather than three in an open orangery style, that we are absolutely thrilled with. Having never done anything like this before their wealth of knowledge and advice was invaluable. They were punctual and tidy and often went the extra mile to make sure our family life was not disrupted. They are local to verwood so any problem Andy was there! We had a kitchen right through to the bitter end thanks to their planning. Our completion date was early and they came in on budget. To say we are thrilled with the end product, after 3 months, is an understatement and we would not hesitate to recommend them to do your project. We now consider them both friends! Thank you!
